Alpha Towers

Alpha Towers is a 165-unit, 100% project-based Section 8 senior building in Toledo, Ohio. The acquisition and rehabilitation is financed by tax-exempt bonds issued by the Toledo Port Authority, 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits allocated by the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and a real estate tax abatement program provided by the City of Toledo.
